We listed our townhome in Gateway with Heather and Darin and at the same time were trying to purchase a home in Gateway that was a better fit for us and our 4 year old son. We looked at several homes in the area but one in particular kept drawing us back to it. Unfortunately there was big problem with it. It needed a new roof. Homes in our price range in Gateway were selling quicker than we could believe. We honestly started to think this just wasn't meant to be for us.

One day Heather mentioned that the "yellow" house we liked so much had been taken off the market and the owners were putting a new roof on it.
