WCI Announces 332 Acre Gated Arborwood Preserve Community next to Gateway Golf & Country Club

 

 

WCI’s newest Master Planned Community in Fort Myers is Arborwood Preserve a 332 acre gated community that features 73 acres of lakes and over 20 acres of preserves.

Official floor plans have not been announced but the community expects to offer a large selection of home designs providing 1,375 to more than 2,700 square feet of air-conditioned living space. The amenities will include an approximately 15,000-square-foot clubhouse, a resort-style pool, outdoor dining and bar, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, and much more.

 

Arborwood Preserve is conveniently located off of Plantation Gardens Drive. The property is bordered on the south and southwest by Commerce Lakes Drive and on the north by Gateway Golf & Country Club.
