Royal Green at Gateway Water Shut Off Notice for All Buildings Wednesday November 13th

 

All buildings in Royal Greens at Gateway will have the water shut off on Wednesday November 13th from 9:00PM to 5:00AM.

 

During the recent major water shut down in Gateway it was discovered that there are isolation valves that were inoperable in Royal Greens and need to be replaced. Once these valves are replaced, it will enable the community of Royal Greens to isolate future repairs to just the building needing repair at the time.  This will minimize the impact on other buildings in the development.

 

The notice is to advise the community that water will need to be shut off to every building in order to replace the damaged valves.  To minimize the impact to residents the work will be done overnight.

 

The restrooms at the Clubhouse & Pool Area of Royal Greens at Gateway are available for use during the time the water is shut off to the buildings.
