WCI Communities Building 6 New Model Homes in Hampton Park at Gateway

 

 

WCI has begun construction of six new furnished models to be open for viewing in the model home area later this year.  The model homes will include 3 executive floor plans and 3 estate floor plans; the largest being the Portofino model with 6 bedrooms and 4,457 square feet.

 

 

In total 17 floor plans were recently introduced with the focus on larger homes consisting of bonus rooms, media rooms, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms, three car garages and second story homes.  10 of the floor plans are classified as estate homes and 7 of the floor plans are classified as executive homes. Floor plans range from 3 bedrooms to 6 bedrooms and living area from 2,053 square feet to 4,457 square feet.  The executive homes start from a price point in the low $200,000s and estate homes start in the low $300,000s.

 

 

Hampton Park at Gateway features several amenities including a fitness center, locker rooms, club room with pool table, kitchen, bar, TV, swimming pool, basketball court, playground and outdoor pavilion.
