Now Open! Gateway Golf & Country Club Opens New Grille & Pub

 

The much anticipated and beautiful 4,500 sq. ft. Grille Room & Pub, designed by the highly respected architecture firm of Peacock & Lewis, offers Club Members a new Sports Pub with both indoor and covered outdoor dining.  This spectacular $2M addition to the clubhouse sits right behind the 10th teebox, with commanding views of the golfers teeing off, the practice facilities and bocce ball courts, and offers the most magnificent spot for a cocktail with the sun setting on the lake.

 

The Grand Opening on Saturday, January 10 the searchlights heralded what some Members called the most fabulous event in the history of Gateway Golf & Country Club.  Over 450 Club Members and their Guests who came were treated to an epicurean feast and entertainment.  Local Gateway and area vendors Norman Love, Rock’n Sushi, Mikkelsen’s Pastry Shop, Merrick Seafood, and Fort Myers Brewing company provided special contributions to the event.
