HeadPinz Entertainment Center on Treeline Avenue – Announce Late May/Early June 2015 Grand Opening
HeadPinz Fort Myers is bringing a new Bowling and Entertainment Center near the Gateway area. The facility, run by Bowling Management Associates, is a multi-million-dollar 45,000 square foot facility on 4 acres of land in the Southwest International Commerce Park on Treeline Avenue. The project has been planned for two years now and the site broke ground back in August 2014, the expectation is to open HeadPinz in late May/early June of 2015. HeadPinz Fort Myers will be the newest edition to the Bowland Centers group, which runs bowling and entertainment facilities in Collier, Lee and Charlotte counties.
The center will have 24 lanes, 8 lane Boutique Bowl area, weekly special events, Bowling leagues and open Bowling. The 24 synthetic bowling lanes can change color and ambiance using lights and computers, there will also be a new ball-return and scoring system. The special lighting effects will project images onto the lanes, such as rivers or lava.
The center will also feature 40+ Premier Game Zone, Laser Tag, Rope Climbing Course, 4 Old Time lanes and an indoor/outdoor lounge called Nemo’s Sports Bar. Nemo’s Sports Bar will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant will serve a full range of food and feature a full service bar. Nemo’s will be serving their famous Nemo’s Wings along with other planned menu items of lamb chops, ribeye steaks and ribs. Adding to the entertainment, the bar will feature large screen HD TVs covering all the major games.
