136 New Townhomes Coming to the Gateway Golf & Country Club Neighborhood of Gateway Greens

Zuckerman Homes, a Coconut Creek, FL based builder, will be building 136 townhomes with golf, lake and preserve views.  The community, tentatively planned to be named The Lynx, still has about 6 months of land development before construction can begin moving forward.  The community will be behind the gates of the Gateway Golf & Country Club and part of the Gateway Greens master association.  Pricing and plans are to be determined but that information will be updated on our site as provided.

Zuckerman Homes bills themselves as a family business for four generations dedicated to excellence with 90 years of experience. Local Southwest Florida projects they have been involved in include West Bay Beach & Golf Club in Estero Bay and Mariposa at Whippoorwill in Naples.
