DR Horton building Hammock Cove – 136 New Townhomes in Gateway Golf & Country Club
DR Horton will soon be building 136 Townhomes in Gateway. The community named Hammock Cove will be located within the gates of Gateway Greens. The project was originally started by Zuckerman Homes, a Coconut Creek, FL based builder, and was planned to be named The Lynx. However, the project is now under development by DR Horton. The project will feature 2 to 3 bedroom, 2 story townhomes with 1 and 2 Car Garages ranging from 1588 square feet of living space to 1975 square feet of living space.
The neighborhood will feature a community pool and poolside cabanas. The 136 beautifully appointed townhomes will feature available golf course and lake views.
