August 1st Groundbreaking for Sky Walk the Publix Anchored Shopping Center

 

On Monday, August 1, 2016 at 9AM the groundbreaking for Sky Walk the newest North American Properties Publix anchored shopping center will take place. The project is located at the southeast corner of Daniels Parkway and Paul J. Doherty Parkway just outside the main Gateway entrance.

 

The Sky Walk shopping center will feature a 45,000 square foot Publix with a drive-thru pharmacy. This will be the first new Publix built in Lee County in more than 5 years. The development will also feature an additional 20,000 square feet of retail space.

 

The shopping center will be part of Lee County Port Authority’s (LCPA) Skyplex development, the 1,150 acre master planned commercial park within the northern portion of Southwest Florida International Airport.
