Burger King Coming Soon to Colonial & SR82 Intersection next to Wawa and McDonald’s

 

The ever expanding Fast Food options continue to grow at the Colonial and SR82 intersection with the addition of Burger King just to the west of the recently opened McDonald’s and Wawa Gas Station. The address for the new Burger King location will be 10997 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL 33913. The land is currently being cleared and developed with no estimated opening date announced for the location.

The land surrounding the Burger King development to the North and West, address 11021 Colonial Blvd, is slated to be 10,800 Square Feet of Retail and Restaurant space. At this time tenants have not been publicized and the project is in the initial development stages.

There is an empty parcel of land between the Wawa and the Burger King that is under construction with no present plans for declared development. The parcel to the North of McDonald’s, Wawa and CVS with SR82 frontage has no permitted construction plans.
