Skinny Dogz Brunchery Grand Opening now Saturday, July 7th, in Gateway

 

Skinny Dogz Brunchery located on Fairway Lakes Drive just off Gateway Boulevard will celebrate their grand opening on Saturday, July 7th. Previously anticipated for July 1st, the restaurant will now be opening July 7th as a results of delays in permitting.

 

Skinny Dogz Brunchery is the sister restaurant of Fat Katz Sports Bistro. The operating hours for Skinny Dogz in Gateway will be from 7AM – 3PM.  The menu will be all new in comparison to Fat Katz and feature homemade, unique offerings from scratch. Menu items will include breakfast appetizers, skewered maple glazed doughnut holes & pork belly, chicken & waffles, pastries, frittatas, benedicts and more. The restaurant will also offer a wide assortment of drinks including coffee bar with cappuccinos, espressos, and lattes, while also offering beers, mimosas, bloody marys, ciders and more.

 

The 2,300 square foot restaurant will feature up to 55 seats inside with an additional 45 seats outside overlooking the lake.

 

The restaurant will be open Tuesday through Sunday from 7AM to 3PM.
