A new FastTrax is coming in 2024, next to HeadPinz Fort Myers. The new 65,120SF building will feature a 56,438SF indoor facility that features 3 race tracks (using all-electric go karts), big game zone, and event/meeting space. There is an additional 8,682SF space dedicated to Nemo’s Trackside Cafe & Bar.

The establishment is expected to be completed and open in the 4th quarter of 2024. It will create approximately 80-90 new jobs and the proximity to HeadPinz will create a unique entertainment complex.
