The spring training home of the Major League Baseball’s Boston Red Sox, JetBlue Park, officially announced the addition of the Florida Knights Soccer Club. The club features ages 3-18 participating in a competitive youth soccer organization, the Knights are scheduled to debut this fall at the complex, which features six full-sized soccer fields. The Gateway Community Fun Park located behind Gateway Trinity Lutheran Church received some recent improvements and updates to the park. The improvements include the addition of a light pole, the playground was replaced, new toddler swings were installed and a sandbox with timber bordering the perimeter. The sand volleyball court has been refurbished with a new net, border pipe and new plastic covered posts.
