Gateway Services District Election – Margaret Fineberg is Seat 1 Winner & Kathleen Flaherty is Seat 2 Winner   Margaret Fineberg easily defeated the other participant, winning all three precincts, to maintain seat 1 of the Gateway Community Services Development District (GSCDD).
