Fort Myers Broadcasting Company, purchased a 57,260 sq. ft. building and parking lot at 12641 Corporate Lakes Drive. The building had previously been home to the Comcast service and dispatch center. The parent company of WINK-TV purchased their new home and broadcast center for $18.5 million. The deal provides the CBS-TV affiliate a new home after Hurricane Ian flooded the station’s current home in the downtown Fort Myers area.
