Gateway Real Estate News – Gateway sees Increase in 2016 Average Sales Price for Residential Real Estate.   The 2016 Gateway Residential Real Estate market saw an increase in the average sales price across the board.   The average sales price for a Single-family residence in Gateway for 2016 was $305,897.00, which is almost a 5% increase in sales price versus the 2015 average Single-family sales price of $291,820.00.
