New Community – Timber Creek by Lennar coming just east of Gateway at Daniels Pkwy &<\/h1>\n

Timber Creek will be a 695 acre mixed-used development situated at the intersection of Daniels Parkway and State Road 82, just east of the Gateway community. Lennar is seeking permits for 1,310 residential subdivision; along with a permit for a 250,000-square-foot, 100-room hotel and 50 unit multi-family project.<\/p>\n

Various Wetland surveys need to be performed on the site, there is also land planning that needs to be done for the development and access via SR82 before construction can begin. Civil engineering has been developed for the roadways and infrastructure of the planned community.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
