Fort Myers Taste of the Town coming to JetBlue Park<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The 31 year old Taste of the Town Food Festival is coming to JetBlue Park just outside the community of Gateway.\u00a0 The Taste of the Town was previously held in downtown Fort Myers for the last 20 years.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Fort Myers Taste of the Town event will take place at JetBlue Park on November 3rd, 2013; the event acts as a fundraiser for the Junior League of Fort Myers. The events brings in several locally owned and franchised restaurants, along with additional vendors, media and entertainment.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The admissions to the event remain the same, $5.00, children 12 and under are free.\u00a0 Tickets are purchased to sample the various foods and drink offerings from the participating vendors.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The new location for the event will offer plenty of additional parking and prove more convenient to all of Southwest Florida.\u00a0 The event has averaged 10,000 guests but will hopefully attract more with the increased capacity.<\/p>\n
