Gateway Soccer Association (GSA) Fall 2016 Season Registration Ends August 15th
Registration for the Gateway Soccer Association closes August 15th, 2016.
Dates: Team Practices begin September 13th or 15th. First Games September 24th and Championships/Final Games November 19th, 2016.
Where: All Games are played at the Sherman Soccer Complex in Gateway. 13260 Griffin Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33913.
Ages: 3 Years to 16 Years (Note: “U” stands for “Under” – Examples U10 = Under 10 years of age).
Age Group Formation: Under 4, Under 6, Under 14, & Under 17 will be COED divisions. All other age groups will play gender based divisions. Under 14’s play on the full sized field (11v11) and the Under 17’s play 4v4 on a small sided field. Note: If we do not have enough players to make an age divison viable, refunds will be issued.
Price:
- $105 per player for Gateway residents (except U4’s – $95).
- Note: Late fee of $10 applies if registered after the August 15th deadline.
- Non-Gateway residents pay an additional $10 surcharge.
- $10 sibling(s) discount per family (when siblings register at the same time).
- Price includes full admiral soccer uniform (shirt, shorts & socks), player trophy, supplemental insurance, field rental, game official fees and practice balls.
Practice: One Hour, Once a week on either Tuesdays or Thursdays 6PM – 7PM or 7PM – 8PM (No mid-week practices for Under 4’s – Additional time given prior to games). Please specify (If Needed) a preferred night during registration in the “Notes” Section.
Coaches: Any person willing to volunteer as a head coach or assistant, please make sure to register online or indicate in the player’s notes section. Experience is not a requirement.
Players Equipment: All players will need to supply their own soccer cleats, shin guards, soccer ball & water bottle for all games and practices.
Team allocation & Team schedules: Will be issued to parents after registration has closed.
