Oly’s Ice Cream & Coffee owned by Olympia Ruppe, a local Gateway resident, is set to open the new Coffee shop in the Towne Lake center.  They recently had a soft opening and  have been promoting the business recently by bringing free samples to local businesses like the Boulevard Tavern in the same shopping complex. 

They feature Ice Cream Club ice cream, Seattle’s Best coffee, Stephano’s gelato, Smoothies, Bagels, Specialty Pastries, and more.
