As if we here in Gateway aren’t lucky enough to have the world famous Norman Love Confections in our backyard, the chocolate giant has now opened an Artisian Gelato Shop off of Daniels Parkway for our enjoyment!

The Euro-chic gelateria serves gelato, sorbet, shakes and sundaes, along with a full menu featuring crepes and traditional, authentic Belgian waffles. Gelato flavors, which change daily, include sweetened raspberry, hazelnut, chocolate, pistachio, vanilla, coconut, peanut butter and mango. The beverage menu includes Italian soda, espresso, cappuccino, latte and fresh lemonade.

Just in time for the Red Sox spring training at JetBlue Park and a summer full of Florida beach days, I for one am thrilled!

Norman Love began making gelato and serving it at the Naples Chocolate Salon in 2011. Now we are pleased to introduce our first dedicated gelateria, Artisan Gelato by Norman Love, in Fort Myers, where we serve rich, handmade authentic Italian artisan gelato with the Norman Love American twist.
