Santa Luz the coach homes in the Gateway community of Gateway Golf & Country Club near the new Boston Red Sox spring training complex, is feeding off of the popularity created by the grand opening of Jet Blue Park.

Santa Luz offers three- and four-bedroom, two-bath floor plans in a maintenance-free community of 64 units. Prices in the two-story buildings begin at $160’s.

The first two buildings at Santa Luz sold out and contracts already have been signed for units in the third building.

The community is planned for 16 four-unit buildings. Construction activity is under way on several of the other buildings at Santa Luz and they are now accepting bids for construction of the community’s pool area.
