Westhaven at Gateway – Lennar New Construction Community in Gateway

 

 

Lennar introduces the newest community to come to Gateway – Westhaven at Gateway – a townhome community that will be located near the back entrance of the Gateway Country Club at the intersection of Commerce Lakes Drive and Westlinks Drive.

 

The site is still in the initial preparation phase of development and the floor plans for this community have not been released but they are expected to be similar to Lennar’s current new construction townhome community at Marbella located just off 6 Mile Cypress Parkway in Fort Myers, FL.
